Do I need an account to use the quarter-mile timer?
No. Every device gets its own anonymous account automatically, so you can post to the leaderboard and see your own past times with zero setup. Sign in with Google if you want that history to follow you across devices.
What shows up on the public leaderboard?
Just an account number (like #42), your times, and trap speed — never your name, email, or location.
How accurate is the timer?
It's built on your phone's GPS, smoothed and filtered for consistency, but it's still an estimate — not official or certified timing. Mount your phone securely with a clear view of the sky for the best results.
Do I need to sign in to buy something?
Once checkout is live, yes — you'll sign in with Google to check out, so we can tie your order to your account for support and order history.
