The site
MSL Performance operates this site as a storefront for performance parts and precision tuning, and as a free GPS-based quarter-mile timer tool. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Accounts
Accounts are created and authenticated through Google sign-in. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share access to your account with others.
Orders and payments
Checkout is being finalized. Where online checkout isn't yet available, orders are handled directly by contacting matthew@xstlo.com. Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice. Once online checkout is live, payments are processed securely by Stripe under their own terms.
The quarter-mile timer
The timer uses your device's GPS and is provided as a free, informal tool. Phone GPS accuracy varies by device, signal, and conditions — results are estimates, not official or certified timing. You're solely responsible for using the tool safely and legally: obey all traffic laws, only use it on closed courses or sanctioned events, and never operate a phone while driving. MSL Performance and its owners are not liable for traffic violations, citations, tickets, accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other consequence arising from your use of this tool or your operation of a vehicle while using it. You use the timer, and drive, entirely at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The MSL name, logo, and site design are our property. Product descriptions and content are provided for use on this site and may not be reproduced elsewhere without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MSL Performance and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including traffic violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, or property damage — arising from your use of the site or its tools.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
